WHY DO LASER TREATMENT IN ACUPUNCTURE?

• No prickling pain,
  thus enabling radiation for those points where prickling would have been painful;
• Better results with children
  or sensitive or uneasy patients;
• No danger of infection
• Particularly useful for points in the area of lesions
  (ulcers, eczema);
• Special indications (e.g. trigeminus neuralgia)

Locating points is possible together with Silberbauer Point Detector PS 3.

WHICH SOFT - LASER FOR OPTIMAL THERAPY?

We recommend a Silberbauer-Laser CL mini (position 15 s) or CL plus (position Acupuncture).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The laser tip can be kept on the skin, however it is not compulsory to do so.

If the acupuncture points are in the area of altering skin (suppurating wounds, scars, haematoma, ulcers etc.), the laser proves to be especially beneficial since the therapy includes not only the affected points but also the adjoining skin lesions (see wound healing).

• You may use a combination of body acupuncture or ear acupuncture with the laser, 15 seconds per point. Frequency of radiation: 2 - 3 x per week.

In some cases the Silberbauer Therapy Laser is used along with needles.
Even permanent needles can be additionally treated with the laser.
